Chianalea 31

Chianalea 31 is a seafront holiday home in the heart of the village. The entire home accommodates up to 5 guests and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and living area. Its two private sea-view balconies — one in the main bedroom and one in the living room — overlook the Strait. Amenities include air conditioning throughout, a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and oven. A traditional passage beside the house leads directly to the sea. A baby cot for children up to 3 years old is available free of charge on request.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and is arranged before arrival: a local team member will welcome guests, hand over the keys and provide the essential information. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other residents live on the floor below, so guests are asked to respect quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties, events, loud music and smoking indoors are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. For assistance after booking, guests will receive the local contact details.

Parking is located at the entrance to Chianalea, near the church, and is managed by third parties. On request and for a fee, an escort service from the church to the house can be arranged. Chianalea is Scilla’s historic fishing village, renowned for its waterfront houses, fishing boats and seaside restaurants. Chianalea 31 sits directly on the village waterfront, and a characteristic passage beside the house leads to the sea. Ruffo Castle, Marina Grande beach and the centre of Scilla are all within a pleasant walk.
