Check-in is arranged before arrival. Check-out must be completed by the time stated in the reservation.

Parties, events and loud music are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Pets are not allowed unless previously agreed in writing.

Guests are kindly asked to respect the property, furniture, appliances and neighbours. Any damage, malfunction or issue must be reported promptly during the stay.

Before departure, guests are asked to leave the property in tidy condition, turn off lights and air conditioning, and close all windows and doors.

Other people live on the lower floor:respectful and civil behaviour is required. Noise, shouting, parties and any disturbance to neighbours are not allowed.

- It is forbidden to throw any objects or materials from the balcony.

- Fishing from the balcony is not allowed.

- When leaving the house, all air conditioners must be switched off. Otherwise, for safety and energy-consumption reasons, the electricity supply may be interrupted.

- It is forbidden to leave objects, bags, shoes, rubbish or any other items in front of the entrance door or in common areas.
