Check-in is from 3:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Other residents live on the floor below, so noise, shouting, loud music, parties or any behaviour that may disturb neighbours are not permitted. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Visitors or additional guests must be agreed in advance. Fishing or throwing objects or materials from the balconies is prohibited. When leaving the house, switch off lights and air conditioning and do not leave personal belongings or rubbish in shared areas. Any damage, malfunction or other issue must be reported promptly.
