Cancellation policy

The cancellation conditions depend on the rate selected at the time of booking.

For refundable rates, cancellations and changes are managed according to the conditions shown during the booking process.

Cancellation is free up to 14 days before the arrival date. For cancellations made within 14 days before check-in, or in case of no-show, the booking amount may be retained according to the applicable conditions.

In case of no-show or early departure, the amount due will be calculated according to the booking conditions accepted at the time of reservation.
