Cancellation policy

The cancellation conditions depend on the rate selected at the time of booking.

For refundable rates, cancellations and changes are managed according to the conditions shown during the booking process.

For non-refundable rates, the reservation cannot be cancelled or refunded after confirmation.

In case of no-show or early departure, the amount due will be calculated according to the booking conditions accepted at the time of reservation.
